Pwll William

Mae Pwll William hanner ffordd rhwng penrhyn Nefyn a Morfa Nefyn. Lon Penrallt yw’r ffordd sy'n rhedeg gyda'r arfordir. Yma ym Mhwll William neu Penrallt arferai plant a chyn gapteiniaid llongau ddwad i chwarae a hwylio cychod model ac adrodd a gwrando ar y straeon am y gwledydd pell a’r dyddiau a fu.

Mae cyfeiriad at Bwll Penrallt a Mynydd Nefyd yng ngeiriau enwog Y Sgwner Tri Mast, un o ganeuon môr J Glyn Davies.

Pwll William

Pwll William is half way between Nefyn headland and Morfa Nefyn. The road that runs with the coast is Lon Penrallt. It is here at Pwll Penrallt that young boys and old sea captains alike used to sail model boats and tell and hear stories of far away lands and days gone by.

The lyrics of one of J Glyn Davies' sea shanties Y Sgwner Tri Mast [the Three-Masted Schooner] mentions Pwll Penrallt and Mynydd Nefyn.
